What to bring to your appointment
Please bring any previous medical records or discharge summaries, current medication and your pet's vaccination card to the appointment. If your pet is insured, bring the insurance certificate — we offer direct billing with LähiTapiola, Agria and Pohjola. Cats should be brought in a carrier and dogs on a lead.
Emergencies
Our clinic does not provide round-the-clock emergency care. In emergencies outside opening hours, call the clinic on (06) 321 7300, where a recorded message will direct you to the nearest on-call clinic. In acute, life-threatening situations, contact an on-call veterinarian immediately.
